What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
How can I make changes to my order?
Simply email us at support@case-me.com within 12 hours (not applicable to Cash on Delivery order). Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change the device type, case type or color, please let us know the details in email.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In most cases, there are no additional charges. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
case-me.com cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
How do I use a discount code?
Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock! What can I do?
Simply email us at support@case-me.com. We will response you within 24 hours (Available on Business Days).
Is your site safe?
Yes! We use Shopify which has a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. In addition, Shopify's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!

We will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused pieces for refund. For more about our policies, please visit the Refund Policy page.
I just sent back my original order and order another in exchange. Why hasn't my new item arrived yet?
General we do not ship out newly ordered items until we receive the original item being exchanged.
